Stirred...But NOT Fried

...A great alterntive to stir frying. This gluten free for those who are gluten sensitive or are just choosing to be gluten free.

1 cup of Kelp noodles
½ cup of Sea Vegetables
¼ carrots
¼ cucumbers|
1 cup broccoli (steamed optional)
½ cup cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove (soaked in olive oil optional) minced
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp Hemp seeds (optional)


Soak kelp noodles and sea vegetables for 15 minutes, rinse and place in a bowl. Chop all vegetables and to the noodles. Add oil, garlic and salt to taste. Top with hemp seeds.
