Sprouted Quinoa or Buckwheat Tabouli

Ingredients:

1 cup buckwheat or quinoa, rinsed, soaked and sprouted
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of chopped parsley
1 lemon juiced
Nama Shoyu, tamari or Celtic or Himalayan sea salt to taste
Mint springs


Directions:

Gently mix ingredients, garnish with chopped fresh mint.
