Something For Breakfast
Fruit:
2 bananas sliced
1 cup blueberries
Pineapple Nut Cream:
3/4 cup almonds
1 1/2 cup cashews
2 cups pineapple
Directions:
- Slice bananas and place in a bowl. Add blueberries and set aside.
- In a food processor, grind the almonds and the cashews and pineapple blend till smooth.
- Pour the pineapple nut cream over the fruit.
